Description

The Sidewinder Stalk military helmet lighting system provides versatile, hands-free illumination with multiple mounting options and a flexible stalk to direct the beam. It features White, Red, Blue, Green, and IR LEDs, along with an IR/IFF beacon, allowing operators to choose the best lighting for various tasks. Each LED offers low, medium, high, and strobe modes, while the separate Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) switch enables both the main light and IFF to be used simultaneously. The white LED provides 76 Lumens on high with a 5.6 Hour runtime using a CR123A battery or 57 Lumens with a 6 Hour runtime on AA batteries. Designed for maximum maneuverability, it can be mounted on combat, vehicle crew, or aviation helmets, MOLLE vests, or directly attached to a patrol cap. A push-button power switch and pull-to-turn rotary selector knob prevent accidental mode changes, making it easy to select the desired LED color. With an IP67 rating, the Sidewinder Stalk is dust-tight and waterproof to 1 Meter, and meets MIL-STD-810H, Method 512.6 for durability. Its high-impact nylon construction, gasket sealing, and corrosion-proof design ensure exceptional durability and weather resistance.
